Refund Policy
Our products are handcrafted and made to order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) working days from the day you received the products purchased on our site.
The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, therefore the entire amount of the items purchased will be refunded except for the shipping cost which will still be at the customer's expense.
The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date of their receipt.
The return request must be sent to info@dreamycouture.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
The return will be accepted only if it respects the following parameters:
– The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
– The identification tag must still be attached to the products;
– The products must be returned in their original packaging, which must reach the seller intact.
Returns must be sent to the following address: Valeria Donato Viale Europa 69/A 88100 - Catanzaro (CZ).
The possibility of returning the products is excluded if the item has been customized or made to measure at the customer's request.
If you have complied with all the required conditions, the seller will refund you the price of the products purchased, with the customer remaining responsible for the shipping costs at the time of purchase (if any) and the return shipping costs.
After receiving your return and checking that all the requirements have been met, the seller will proceed with the refund as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) working days of receiving the package.
